Rosemary and Turmeric: Spices such as Rosemary are beneficial in protecting the health of the retina, Turmeric is a very popular spice in India, which contains the active ingredient called Curcumin.
This is a potent antioxidant that may reduce the risks for retinal degeneration and acts as an anti inflammatory agent that protects eye health.
