What you need:

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 12 cups white bread, cubed
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups chopped onion

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
